Looking at my last Blog post, 2020 has certainly proved different from what we all expected. I have been doing some online classes and trying to produce positive cheerful work, which is what everyone wants to see! All exhibitions were cancelled and it is only now that we can begin to look forward to future events and gatherings. The No15 cafe in Hythe is open again with my paintings on display and The Turfcutters Arms in East Boldre is open, together with their rooms where my paintings are hung.

My first exhibition of 2020 is with the New forest Art Society, at Hilliers Gardens, Romsey. We will be displaying work there until 10th March and this painting: New Forest Sunset is included in the show.
I have ongoing displays of work at No15 Cafe Hythe, thank you Claire, and in the accommodation at the Turfcutters Arms East Boldre, thank you Simon.
I will be taking part in Hampshire Open Studios again this year. This runs from 22nd to 31st August and we will be open Noon to 5pm every day.
Other events yet to be confirmed, and I will post again with details, but I hope to have work on show at the New Forest Show, New Forest Art…
All the dates given in my last post still stand. I will be stewarding at the New Forest Show on Tuesday and Thursday, 30th July and 1st August.
I will be at the Turfcutters Arms beer festival Saturday and Sunday 3rd and 4th August, with smaller items and craft, from midday both days.
For the New Forest Art Society exhibition I will be stewarding on Sunday 11th August.
Then it's ten days in the garden of the Turfcutters pub taking part in Hampshire Open Studios.
August is again very busy !! It's going to be lovely meeting and talking to people.

So I have two more weeks displaying my paintings at Fairweathers cafe in Beaulieu. Its been lovely to receive such nice comments and thank you for buying my work.
I can confirm now several more events for 2019: my work will be on display in the Art Pavilion of the New Forest Show 30th July to 1st August, then at the New Forest Art Society annual exhibition 3rd August to 11th August at the Lyndhurst Community Centre. That exhibition is open from 10am daily.
As mentioned previously I will be taking part in Hampshire Open Studios 17th to 26th August, 11am to 5pm daily. We will have our marquee in the garden of the Turfcutters Arms, East Boldre. Full information…
While the exhibiton at St Andrew`s Church has ended I will continue to have work at No15 Cafe, Hythe. I will have a display in Steff`s Cafe at Fairweathers Garden Centre, Beualieu, to run from Monday 1st April to Friday 31st May. There will be lots of new work on show. In addition I will be taking part in Hampdhire Open Stdios again this Summer. We will be in our marquee in the garden of the Turfcutters Arms, East Boldre from Saturday 17th August to Bank Holiday Monday, 26th August. Full details will be in the Pink Book issued for the event.
