Carol Mileusnic

I began drawing and painting again several years ago, when I knew I needed to make time and space for making art. I took several lessons, otherwise I am self taught. I belong to several local art societies and I enjoy attending workshops to continue learning.

I like to capture images of the animals here in the New Forest where I live, and influences surround me here, from forest to coast. Donkeys have been my prime subject; their expressions are so individual. If my paintings of them make you smile then I am very pleased!

I paint with watercolour and acrylic primarily, using my own photographs for reference when painting images of animals in particular.

I exhibit and sell my work directly and with art groups and am happy to take on commissions. Please see the separate page for more information. I currently have ongoing displays in Café 15 in Hythe, Southampton and in the accommodation at The Turfcutters Arms, East Boldre. I have prints of the watercolour painting of the pub which are available for £15 plus postage. Please contact me if you would like further information.
